Noel Carlson - Gifted and Talented

Ms. Noel Carlson

Noel Carlson is the Gifted and Talented teacher at Hillcrest PDS Elementary School in Waco, TX. This marks her 16th year in education, having taught everything from 2nd to 8th grade. Noel graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and brings her passion for exploration and growth into her classroom. Outside of school, she enjoys hiking in national parks, gardening, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, their four kids, and three dogs.
