Ms. Kelly Miah

This will be my third year teaching, with all three years at Hillcrest teaching 3rd grade.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business and Management from Berklee College of Music, and my Master’s in Elementary Education from Western Governors University.

I was honored to be chosen as one of Waco ISD’s First Year Teacher of the Year for the 2020-2021 school year.

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my husbThis will be my fifth year teaching, with all five years at Hillcrest. This year, I start a new adventure, teaching ELAR & SS in 5^th grade!!

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, 4 children, and dog. I also enjoy reading, music, sketching, coffee, and as my Magical Muggles know, I love all things Harry Potter! I love being a part of the Hillcrest family and am excited to meet my new Dolphins!
