Physical Education

Welcome to the Hillcrest PDS Physical Education page. My name is Ashley Stephens and I have 20+ years in Waco ISD and 13+ years at Hillcrest PDS. I attended Round Rock High School and Baylor University. I am married to Matt and have 2 daughters, Rachael and Sarah. I want every student to be happy and successful in PE and I try to provide options and choices, so each student can thrive and be their best, whatever their current athletic level is.  

Physical Education is a place where I believe all students can be successful and happy. PE students fall into one of 3 categories: the athlete, the mover, and the non-mover. It is my goal as a PE educator to challenge each of these students and help them find success and happiness in the activities that we do.

I am looking forward to getting to know each student at Hillcrest PDS!
